Type of a scam Online Purchase

This is the second time a charge from this company has showed up on my credit card bill. I have had to be issued a new credit card three times in the last year and have the transaction called fraudulent. This company is getting credit card numbers and billing people for fake charges. It is a domain name register company and I have no idea how they got our card numbers. We do not use our credit cards online anymore. We do use PAYPAL on ebay, etsy and amazon at times, however, and could they be getting the numbers there? We only use one card at local stores and only use the chip readers. Very frustrating. If you google it you’ll see lots of other coplaints.
