Type of a scam Debt Collections

Received a phone call on my cell phone stated that this company, "RSG", was trying to serve my father with documents regarding his credit card. I stated i was my father’s POA. They didn’t even have a correct address that father has ever lived at. They kept hanging up on me, every time I called I back they would’t let me talk. The guy and lady that i spoke to were rude and cussing me out because I wouldn’t tell them where my father was. Phone Number is 302-307-9116
