I have used the individual four times, the first two contracts were fine, the third had to hunt him down to finish the job. The fourth was a basement renovation, took way too long to complete and due to weather conditions was to come back in the spring. Has been paid in full on all occasions, and to date have not heard from him nor returning any messages. Work has not been completed, yet paid for. Recommendation from a friend, he is a complete disappointment and would never hire again nor recommend. Other referrals are experiencing the same lack of work ethic.
