Joseph Carter was the representative at Royalty Property Real Estate who contacted me regarding purchasing a Mexican property we have. The initial offer was too good to be true then got better. They are extremely professional and courteous with a story that kind of makes sense regarding Mexican sales processes that are tough to verify. Small fee goes missing somehow, then more "new" fees paid to a Mexican bank are required and will be reimbursed. I stopped after they asked for a sizable "seller’s tax."
Address is imprecise (no Suite #) and is a real building, but I guarantee that nobody from RPRE is there.
