I responded to a craigslist ad for a company named Royalty Promotions and Events located in Charlotte, NC. They are an event planning company. I completed a phone interview and was hired. Signed an employment agreement. I was informed that I would be able to do most of my work from home aside from the days of actual events. I was to be paid every other week which would include regular pay and travel reimbursement. One particular event caused me to have to drive to Ashville NC on a Friday and Saturday. I was to be paid that following week but never was. I was informed that there was an error with my banking information for direct deposit and that it had been corrected. I was told that I would be paid the following week; however, as of today, I have still not been paid by this company. The names associated with this company are Tanya Coy and Cheryl Cooper.
