Went on this website to purchase a tea cup Maltese puppy for my children. Answered the appropriate questions and paid the money for the dog and transport but never received the dog. The seller evaded questions and tried to use precious pet relocators to ship the puppy who called and demanded more money. They went on to tell me that the law changes everyday at that this was a new requirement and began yelling at me when I questioned their practices.
