This is a total scam. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Royal Star Properties and 1st National Escrow are crooks and liars.

I received a call on 6/15/2019 from Derrick Jackson an unsolicited call from Royal Star Properties with a buyer for my timeshare. Royal Star Properties allegedly sent me a contract and a guarantee they could sell my timeshare for larger sum than what I paid for it. I proceeded forward paying small fees for permits. Next thing you know I am in the whole for $60K. They sent me fake forms, fake attorneys to talk too and much more. They even sent me a fake document of saying their business is in good standing. ScamPulse.com also received a phone call from another consumer who shared a similar experience.

This company is not registered as a real estate broker with Oregon Real Estate Agency that I have confirmed. Real estate transactions in Mexico do not require the seller to provide any upfront payment. Do not get misled by these crooks!
