Royal Chow Chows in Dallas is a scam group that was once called Empire chow chows in Houston that ripped us off for 700.00 and probably many other people. We paid for a puppy and they up and vanished. Today I see that they have relocated to Dallas and are showing the exact same puppies with the exact same names. Please put them to a stop. Their Bank account name was under Jada McElroy and her Partner had a last name of Orobola..
