Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Received a call saying that I could receive a free cruse vacations, I told them I wasn’t interested but the person keep talking that’s when I knew it was a recording.. so I hang up and continued to block the number 2 days later I received a call from the same company/scammers, same recording but different phone number. I been blocking the numbers but I keep on receiving calls. The reason why I been answering this calls is becouse the scammers are using local phone numbers not 800 numbers
