Type of a scam Debt Collections

My Daughter received a call from a man that said he is with Rothstein Covitz & Abelman and was trying to collect a debt she owed from 2014 from a pay day loan company. The debt was for $430.00 but said he would settle for

$333.45. He then proceeded to tell her if she did not pay within 24 hours he was filing suit and would have her drivers license revoked. She was very upset and ask that he talk with me. I told him we have never received a letter in the mail to this effect and could he e mail me the information. He sent the email and in the letter it stated what reference number to put on money order or check and mail to address below. But there was not an address on the letter to send. Not only that he had our address as living in another town. I called him back and told him I needed his address to mail the money order he said that was a mistake and they do not accept money orders or checks that I need to do to wal mart and pick up a prepaid visa card since I did not have a credit card and pay this bill today or he was going to file suit. I told him I would not do that and unless he could take Money orders I would not be sending them any kind of payment. He was very rude and pushing.
