Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a pair of shoes from rosypenny.com. They sent me 2 left shoes. I have emailed them 20 times and they said that they would send me a refund of 10%. Their refund policy says that they will give 100% refund if the issue is their fault. TWO (2) left shoes is definitely their fault. After 20 emails, they said they would send me another pair of shoes but I’ve learned not to trust this company and only want my money back and they will not do it. Please warn others of rosypenny.com. It’s a scam site.
