On March 22, 2018 I was contacted by Christopher A Romo offering his services of granite installation. We scheduled and appointment at my home to measure kitchen counter space I needed for granite installation.

We agreed to a price and requested a down payment, I paid him $1350.00 in the amount of a cashier’s check. We kept in communication and the contractor even scheduled a time I could go to Arizona Tile to pick out the material.

On April 6, 2018 Christopher requested additional money as he needed to purchase additional granite, I gave him $600.00 in the form of cash (he provided a receipt).

I had he remeasure to make sure everything was done correctly. I called Arizona Tile on Saturday 4/21/18 as Mr. Romo had stopped communicating and I wanted to make sure the granite was paid and picked up. I was told the 2 slabs of granite remained there under my name and no payment had been made. I reached out to Mr. Romo through text (no response), through social media (Facebook) only to receive a response by saying he never put a gun on me forcing to give him money.

I have witnesses and are willing to attest to all this.
