Type of a scam Employment

A woman named Daniela Broz, Regional HR Manager RT, will contact you and send you an application immediately. Once you fill it out she will conduct a phone interview. Once the phone interview is over she sends over more documents and asks you scan over a gvt issues identity card i.e. passport or license. She says she needs it for a back ground check. I went on the website and there is no information on any staff members or the gentleman who started the company. Also, they were talking about transferring money after each deal. They also don’t call you when they are supposed to. I did further research and It is a scam!
