Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a call today 2/25/2016 (as well as several previous calls but I answered this one) from (513) 725-1303 claiming to be from Rosen Management Services. They stated that I have a debt from 2012 from a financial institution regarding a payday loan. I have never received a pay day loan before. I asked for their information and the woman (Stacey O’Connor) told me a website address to lookup, rosenmanagementhelps.com. While looking that up, I asked her to send me a debt validity report to the last known address they have for me. She refused to mail it but claimed she could email it to me. She became very rude stating that I’ve had plenty of time to pay my debt and that I was just stalling so I told her that it was the law to mail a validity report 7 days after being requested. She said that she wasn’t mailing me anything and would continue with a complaint for litigation.
