Type of a scam Online Purchase

My story begins in ordering clothes from them and receiving clothing that was horrible quality and nothing like the pictures in their ads. This company is is definitely committing the crime of false advertising. I immediately got their return address from their employee via email I sent back the horrible quality clothes they sent me to the address they provided. I then got the package back as"refused" I checked around and apparently this is their scam. They do not return anyone their money. I have been back and forth with them via email. Each time a different email is sent from them that is not addressing the problem and it is a different employee/fake name. It appears they have an auto generated email. Their policy states immediate refund and the ability to return. However, they did not return anything. They have changed their original pngage from wearyard to jojolip. However, on face book the wearyard page still exists and is updated. Check their facebook page Roosho, Jojolip and Wearyard and their is nothing but horrible reviews and people complaining about the same thing I have complained about.
