My mother has paid them for over two years to help pay off debt, and we just found out someone is trying to serve her with legal papers, and this company is why. My mother never had any trouble getting ahold of them or talking with the lawyer Phillip Padilla about what bills he is paying off. My mother thought she only had two more years left to pay and her debt would be gone. Now she has a process server trying to serve her legal papers and possibly garnish her wages. She has paid over *** to them.

i paid in to this company for 6 months. They did nothing never paid not one creditor so i cancelled my account. I was told to send a email to cancel i was told i had to wait 3 months to receive my refund minus 250 in their fees. i waited my 3 months continued to check why they haven’t issued my refund. I received a call telling me after reviewing my account they would only refund me 1000 out of the 4500 i paid and they did nothing for me. I ask how can they keep my money i told to sign this release form which stated they would give me 1000 not to sue them and release them from paying me all my money or they would give me nothing. I read other reviews and they are doing more people than me like this. I just want my money back. they say your money goes into a trust with your name on it and now their telling me it was only 1000 in my trust and won’t tell me where the rest is. This company bullying people out of their hard earn money and need to be stopped.
