A good deal I found on Facebook – NO! This company’s customer service insists on debating me over a delivery I never received showing me postal confirmation it was sent. I did not receive it and I asked was to have it resent. They replied rudely to several emails I sent to them. This was only one jacket! Of Course – there is no phone #. I did not look at all the negative reviews prior to dealing with Ronce Fashion, I wish I would have. If you choose to gamble on ordering from this company just know that if you have any issue with your order there is AN IMPOSSIBILITY that they will help replace or return it.

I ordered two similar jackets from Ronce Fashion (GCLO Enterprises) for a total of $90. It took 3-4 weeks for them to arrive and when received, they were nowhere near as described on their site. The jackets were cheap, too small, and the fabric was frayed and damaged in multiple locations. When I reached out to return, they noted I had to return it to their facility in China with a tracking number despite the 2 locations they have in the US (Bethlehem PA and Los Angeles). I spent this $90 on the jacket and the cheapest method to ship back to China with a tracking number was $250. This is downright fraud. Selling product they know is inferior knowing no one will spend 3x the amount to return it.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a jacket on their website promoting a discount for the product. I was sent an order confirmation and tracking # weeks later, and showed it was shipped out of China. That product has still not appeared in the USA according to the tracking. I then noticed their email they sent was a gmail account, however in their email signature they have [email protected] the same email they are using. They have not stopped answering and replying.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Web-store reported in the US however there is no registration number no address or any legal info about the company, the product is actually sent from China (CN) but this information is not shown until the shipment process. Despite the fact that the product is not yet sent the customer service doesn’t allow to retract and cancel the order, nor than answers to basic legal questions about their company.
