It was late at night back in September 2019. I was scrolling through Facebook and came across an advertised site about what skin care products Kate Middleton uses. The brand was Panache and for just $2.95, paid for shipping and handling, cancel auto shipment within 30 days and I could get the anti-aging cream. A few weeks later the "cream" came in the mail. I opened the box the company had included a serum as well along with a bill for $160.50. I immediately called the number and spoke to a customer service rep with a think accent. This was my first flag. I had a hard time understanding him and kept asking for him to repeat himself. He did not like this and started to raise his voice at me. I asked him to cancel any further transactions and shipments (I paid with a gift card). He proceeded to try to persuade me to keep the product for a fraction of the price. I stood my ground and kept telling him no. After about a half hour of him trying to haggle with me, I told him I do not have time for this and want him to resolve the issue now. He then told me if I wanted to cancel I would have to send back the products and pay for my own shipping and restocking fee. I immediately asked to speak to his supervisor and was told he was "unavailable" at the time. I lost my patience with this man and thought it was all a scam so I hung the phone up. I honestly thought nothing of it after this until 6 months later I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency, Pinnacle Law Group out of CA, stating I have an unpaid balance of $160.50 from Roll On Skin Care. I have 30 days to respond. I emailed the "law firm" (thinking is this the same scam?) and I am waiting for a reply.

I found Prache product online so I ordered a “free sample” if I paid $3.95 shipping charges and also received a “free sample” of prache serum for only $5.95. I get the products about 3-4 weeks later and started to use them but didn’t care for them. Well, I go to pay my discover bill today and notice that I was charged $103 and $109 for these products! So I call the phone # and was told that I was enrolled in a monthly subscription to receive these products and they charged my credit cArd which I did NOT authorize! This is fraud and this company is a scam! Not sure how they stay in business!! I strongly recommend to not fall for this scam! After spending my valuable time on the phone with someone who tried to get me to keep the product and went from being offered to discount the product 40-60% which I said no as I wanted a full refund as I didn’t not agree to be enrolled in a monthly shipment of this product then being told if I return it they will charge be a restocking fee of 20% (you mean you are going to restock a used item?” I don’t think so. They finally agreed to refund me 100% of my money. Again, this company should not be in business. It is NOT ethical business practice. I feel sorry for the people who get scammed by them for a crappy product. Do yourself a favor and don’t order this Prache product.

I had the same thing happen to me. The issue being that I have four transactions ranging from 15th Feb 2020 to 1st April 2020 each over $100. I was out of the country and saw these deductions on my discover card later. I am still fighting it out for 3 charges. I have received a refund on just one. I am going to file a report on FTC so that noone else has to deal gets ripped off their hard earned money the way we have.

On 10-11-19 I received a product i had ordered on 9-28 (per scammers records) . It had been shipped on 9-30, per scammers records. It was offered for only s and h for trial for about $5.98. I charged the S and H to my card. There was no receipt in the box indicating what I had paid or what card was used when I received product on 10-11-19. I called the company, Rollon Ltd. , to request a receipt copy. I was told that due to the 15 day trial period having been used up as of today, 10-12, they would be charging my card $212 dollars for the 2 products, and then each month I would be charged and receive this same product at that amount! After I complained loudly they offered me a 40% refund,$ 84.80 on my$ 206 purchase. I continued to tell them I wanted all of my money back, that this was a scam, which I believe it was. After more discussion I was offered a 50% refund of $106 dollars. I told the representative that I wanted all of the money back. He said that there was a restocking fee of $20 for each item if I returned it, why didn’t I just accept the $106 and avoid the problems. I said I wanted the $162 total which was my charged amount less the restocking fee. After speaking to his mgr he offered me %60 back, that was a refund of 127.20 to be returned to my card in 3-5 days. I accepted as I was tired of fighting and would have had to pay restocking and shipping. They didn’t want this product back, so it can’t be very good. I don’t want this product, as I don’t trust any company that buries the info so deeply that they will start charging me before I even receive the product! I encourage other shoppers to AVOID ROLLON SKIN CARE LTD. at all costs and at peril to your pocket book. They are scammers.
