Type of a scam Online Purchase

I contacted RollinHills.com to purchase a puppy. They contacted me by both text and email the next morning with details of completing the purchase. We agreed on the purchase price of $800 and a shipping fee of $150. They asked to be paid by CashApp and I completed the $950 transaction thrust CashApp. Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from an individual portraying to be a shipping company. He also sent an extortion letter stating that an additional $1690 was required in insurance to ship the puppy. I refused to pay the extortion request and requested a full refund as this was Not what I had agreed to. These scammers will not respond to my text, emails or phone calls, and have not refunded my money thru CashApp as I have requested.
