Type of a scam Tech Support
I tried activating my roku box before I could complete the activation I was prompted to call for support the man had an Indian accent and he tried to get me to pay a one time activation fee I refused and I asked to speak to his manager he was hesitant I spoke to the manager and he told me the same thing my daughter found information online about a roku tech support scam I read it to the manager then I hung up on him
