Some how the scammer knows you have a Roku streaming device and also has your phone #. He sounds very legitimate and identifies himself as Jason Carter and says he is a Roku employee and his employee id is Jason Carter 720. He as an Australian accent. He offers a 3, 5 or 10 year streaming service with Roku that includes Netflix and Hulu for the first 3 months. He sends you a bogus receipt while he still has you on the phone that looks like it is an official Roku document but it is not. He explains that you have to accept Roku’s terms before moving forward with the transaction to ensure safety. Of note, the spelling is Rokku and not Roku. He gives you a call back number of 848-274-3330.

This is a total scam and is not Roku but an impostor fake Rokku company.
