My bank held me responcible for the 975.00 check he got into my account and when the bank went to get it cleared from this bank they rejected and said NSF. So I got stuck with the check and the 29.00 ISF fee as well being held responcible for the check. When the academy bank was called and all they would verify was that there is a member by the name and it was a legit check but he with drew the fees before the check posted. And there was nothing they could or would do about this. This bank allows fraudulent activities go on through it’s banks and declares they can’t and won’t do anything about it.
