Type of a scam Phishing

I received a call from a Roger Carrera (last name was not clear) regarding my husband. He said there was a case number against him and that he was going to visit us on a certain date and time. I called the number he provided back and he answered but did not want to give me his name. He said he left it in the message and I should have heard it. He was not clear about the business name, I understood HR Capital. He did not want to give me details and instead wanted me to tell him what I was calling about because his message was supposedly clear enough for me to understand. It was a very staticky phone call/message. He was very aggressive and I told him that I was going to call the police. I did not give him additional information and told him that I was going to report him and he said that he didn’t care and I hung up on him.
