Type of a scam Online Purchase

Good day,

I received a package in the mail in January 2016 for a Men’s Health Big Book of Exercise that I did not order. I was not aware of what the package was so I opened it. After asking my wife if it was ordered on my behalf, she informed me that she did not order anything. I called the customer service number 1-800-848-4735 and spoke with Tiffany and informed her that it must be a mistake that I received the book I did not order and I informed her that want to return the book. The customer service representative informed me they would send a return label for me to return the package via mail. I received a letter with directions on how to return the package, I never received the return label. I followed the directions and sent the book back via mail. Now I receive invoice notices of payment due. I have contacted the RODALE customer service a few times and they keep telling me it will take several weeks for their system to update the book was returned and for me to be patient. The price has also has risen from initially $31.95 to currently $39.95. As of 22 June 2016, I received a letter from an collection agency named Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, INC on behalf of RODALE that I am delinquent in my payment of $39.95. I researched this online and found that this is a common scam, a total fraud. I tried to contact the collection agency but was not successful. I now see that this is strong arm robbery via mail. Please help!

Very Respectfully
