Same as others on the reports. I ordered a pool vacuum from the site at $185. on June 28, 2020, next day received receipt from paypal and tracking number for a product we received several days prior. Have attempted to contact on numerous occasions with out any response. I paid with a credit card and received a paypal receipt.

Was looking to purchase a pool pump. Came across the sight rocketchbra had a good pump at a good price I ordered it. Got a email saying it was shipped had tracking number I tracked it and it said it was delivered 4-24well that date was before I ordered it on 7-5. I looked at my bank account it was paid and the phone number it listed was pay pal. I contacted them and they had no transaction what so ever of that purchase. They used PayPal illegally. I am out 152.41 which is alit of money for me I’m on disability. I had a number in Michigan it was disconnected. I can no longer find that phone number it was taken off the rocketchbra sight.°
