Hi there. I contacted this company in the beginning of the year about an issue which i was facing on my router. Thier number was available on the internet for the router services. I called that number and guy name Harold picked up the phone and informed me that i have some issues with my computer and there are some hackers on my network. I purchased a security of 499$ for lifetime. When i called their number after sometime when i faced some issues on my computer, I tried to contact them but number was unavailable. I need to make sure that will it be possible for me to get my money back for the services which I never got. Can you help me?
