Initially, when I called to find out the price to release my car from the tow place, I was told that it would cost $425. When I called back to make my payment, I was then informed that it would cost $500 because of a administration fee. The fee covered a certified letter fee which cost $75. Certified letters only cost $7.80 per letter. When I asked for the manager or the owners information, she refused to provide the full name of the owner and only provided an email address.
