Called me repeatedly, threatened to file a lawsuit against me if I didn’t pay. Would not send me proof of debt. Cursed at me called me a thief. Claimed to be working for amazon, then claimed to be third party, and finally clamed to own my debt. Harrassed me, my family and others I had never met. Ended up contacting a lawyer and they assured me if i dont get a letter of debt it is a scam.

They call me and harrass me about a lawsuit and I will be charged with bank fraud writing fake checks and about sux other charges because I lost my job and couldnt afford to pay the loan back. I then agreed to pay back what I could afford and when I could pay it and my offer was declined and I was told that I will be filed against. I need advise because this matter is ruining my life
