The postings were located on Zillow and Trulia with an address of "www.applycitrus.com" to view more photos of rentals that are too good to pass up. Once you entire the address, you’re redirected to a website that provides no information for the realty company except a name, address, phone number, and other "rentals". The application is too easy and they barely ask for any rental history information, but they ask for your SSN, DOB, current address, and work information. After some heavy research, I discovered that the redirected site "applycitrus" was created by River View Property Group who has already been reported as a scam on numerous websites and is also based out of San Francisco (see: https://www.yelp.com/biz/riverview-properties-san-francisco).
