Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was in need of a loan and I had found someone local on CL. He’s in brentwood, tn. I called him and he told me that I could get a guaranteed loan with no credit check. I sent him my information and he said that I needed to pay him $35 to verify my identity so I did. Last Friday he said he put the money in my account which never showed then from Saturday up until yesterday he was bringing it to me. He even said he was in Murfreesboro yesterday, where I live, and he still didn’t bring it to me. I did some investigating and found out his real name and also found out that he owns a Heating and Air Company but he said that he worked for a company called RIT MANAGEMENT which I can’t find.
