Total money lost $600

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was scammed by a company offering free trial for RippedRx No2 blast, and t-90 supplements that were supposed to be a free trial. My credit card started getting charge a monthly fee of nearly $300.00 Canadian and they kept sending new shipments. I called customer support to tell them that my cardiologist advised me to not take the supplements. Customer support told me to send all the packages back with a Return Merchandise Authorization code and my refund would be issued 5 days after they received the products. The code was sent to me via Email confirming my cancellation. I sent all the packages via Canada Post and a signature was required upon delivery. My card was charged again and I called back and was told I would get a refund for only one month. The company got all unopened packages back and kept the money and will be able to resell the product. I am unable to find the name of the company because it hides behind third party customer services. An employee #39535 named Joelle gave me the RMA for both the T-90 and the N02 blast on the phone and told me to return all the packages with those codes on it. She did not mention that I would not be getting my money back. The Email notes that I would get my refund 5 days after the returns were received. I later called and was told by another employee that my refund would only be for the last shipment.
