I ordered end of April and received tracking info that looked weird in May. The whole month of may has stated tracking and the email rep states the same thing its still shipping and on the way. its been over 30 days and still nothing. I asked fir refund and they say its still shipping. How are they able to keep getting away with scams taking money through paypal? Check them out on Facebook. Several people are complaining not getting merchandise and no refunds.

I got an advertisement via instagram for a fashion website called "Rikachic". Rikachic sells trendy clothing and shoes for women, mostly targeted to women between the ages 18-30. I assumed the website was legit since instagram referred it to me, I also checked scam tracker sites and they all said Rikachic was legit. I ordered my shoes and it said I would receive it within a week. It took about a week to even get a confirmation email. Once I got the email, I realized it was being shipped through china post–first red flag. Then I realized the shipping number they gave me was fake. I then took the liberty of reverse image searching many of the photos on their website–every single photo was stolen from other sites. I wrote reviews warning future buyers about my experience, all the reviews were deleted. There is no company address, no company phone number, just a support email in which I have yet to hear back from. This is extremely frustrating as I’m already a broke college student, hence why I decided to order from this site as they advertise "affordable" shoes. I fear I’m at risk of fraudulent charges since they have all my card information. If you have purchased from Rikachic, I highly suggest you report a fraudulent charge to your bank and report this fake company.
