I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from this company on Dec 5th 2019, as of this complaint, i still have not recieved my product. This company says that it is in ohio, but after looking at my tracking info, they are based in china. They also state that they are part of the BBB. So what i want to know is, how can this be? A fake company in ohio making their products in china and being allowed to say they are a U.S. company. This place needs to be shut down. This order was supposed to be a christmas present and here it is dec 28th and no product.
