Caller identified self as nephew. Caller indicated he was in a serious accident and in jail.
Asked that money be sent to attorney to get him out of jail. It was a SCAM.
Number left was 1-800-460-3975.
Person calling identified self as RICHARD BENNETT.
Money sent to DAVID WALLACE at a TRENTON, NEW JERSEY address.
Police were notifed and a report filed.
