Type of a scam Tech Support
A company by the name of Rhombus Tech informed me that my computer had a virus and that they were Microsoft techs and needed to fix it. They also told me I was missing a program and that for 577.00 they could fix it for 6 months. Because I had just done business 2 days before with Microsoft, I fell for their ploy. I checked my bank statement today and they have removed the 577.00 from my account via an electronic check system they had me sign.
