I was "hired" as a Virtual Assistant person by RGB, LLC located @ 1200 Brickell Ave. Suite #

1950, Miami, Florida 33131 with a Phone (305) 851-5099. The name of the H.R. Manager is

Benjamin Aigbe

I started working for this company since September 16, 2015.

I was performing as requested by them, several tasks duties for this company since I was hired by them. They promised

a monthly salary of $ 2.750. Which means $ 33.000 yearly.

I was requested to file a W-4 with my personal information. Also they request my Bank Account

Number in order for them to deposit my check, after 1 month of trial.

As of today October 6th., 2015, I stopped hearing from them.

Before I was working and in contact with them daily from 6 AM till 2 PM

I was assigned to research diverse kind of jobs, i.e.: researching Aloe Vera Companies Distributors in Las Vegas, Kyoly products, Special Health Insurance Policies under certain

parameters, Rental Car/Limousines Companies in Las Vegas, etc.

I was working diligently and with honestly thinking the Company was legitimate, however

I suspect thereafter that is was something wrong.

I’ve contacted ScamPulse.com in Southern Florida last week to talk somebody about it, but because

no one was in line "person to person" available I left a message. Thereafter somebody had

contacted me, and I explained the situation.

No record was found about this Company.

Today, after realizing that the Company is fraudulent I reported to the proper authorities,

i.e. Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General Office in Florida with all details about

the facts.

Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted via email by RGB, LLC of 1200 Brickell Avenue #1950; Miami, FL 33131 (phone: 305-851-5099; email: [email protected]; website: www.jepie.biz or www.jepie.com) and offered an at-home position whereby I would be working for 3-4 hours a day and be paid $2600 a month. At first, I accepted by going on line, viewing their website, and following the tasks they wanted me to do. They moved to quickly for me, and several other things did not seem legitimate. For one, the wanted me to fill out a W-2 form, which requires my SSN and which I wasn’t comfortable about. Also, I tried calling several times and always got a message (all our operators are busy helping…). They also wanted me to add their name to my contacts so their emails would not end up in my spam folder. Finally, they wanted me to download a "time tracker" that would supposedly track my time logged into their system. Before doing any of this, I tried to research this company by first going to ScamPulse.com Miami and searching for it. I could find no business with this name and address, so I thought I better report the whole incident here. I deleted all their emails because I was afraid they might have some sort of spyware in them that would steal my identity. However, you can go to their website and find much of the same information that I had. I am not positive this company is trying to scam me, but I keep hearing that old saying, "When something sounds too good to be true…"
