Got free trial offer from the company. Later saw on the net that this could be linked to a subscription which was not stated initially when ordering the free trial andI did not want at this time. Called immediately and confirmed their intention. Ended the trial time and had called ahead of time to do so. Then I made sure to cancel the account. Despite doing the right action in the time required, the product got charged to my credit card. Called again and agent refused to let me talk to a supervisor of the company. Had to turn over to the credit card company as I never agreed to full purchase or subscription.
