On May 24th at 7:38 p.m. I received a call on my cell phone. It was from a company called Resort Reward Center. They were offering me trip for 2 to Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, and a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. This would include everything except airfare. I would have 18 months to use it. The final cost would be $1020.99 which included trip insurance. I talked to them for over an hour.

I talked to the so-called manager to answer all my questions. He told me in the state of Florida, I have 45 days to cancel this trip. I thought I was researching a legitimate cruise line and resort on the internet. I was given the “manager’s" name of Giovanni and the one who took the card information was called Donna. I was given a number for their customer care line. It was 1-844-555-7263

After giving them my information, When I hung up and realized what I had done, I tried to call back to cancel and it was busy. I tried again and had a recording. At 6:44 am (9:44 Florida time) it rang busy again.
