I receive several calls a day from the phone number 330-295-3814. Every voicemail they leave they don’t state a company name, and they leave threatening (yet vague) messages about an apparent "case I have with their client" and "I’m forgeiting my rights" and they’re "going to contact my employer," etc, etc. I know, by law, a debt collector has to state what company they’re representing so I ignore it, assuming its spam. They also leave a call-back number that is different than the number they call from, and when attempting to call it back, it says the number is disconnected (that number is 561-246-4032). Well, not that multiple calls per day isn’t harrassing enough, they are now calling my EX-husband looking for me. I called them back today and asked the person who answered what company this is, he stated "Resolve Care."

They called for weeks, stopped for a few months then began again attempting to sound as threatening as possible saying someone would contact (someone else they were trying to get in touch with)’s job and show up at their home if they did not call back and undisclosed company at a 1800 number with a verification code concerning a civil suit in an undisclosed court. I asked multiple times to take my name off and each time they said "are you sure you don’t know this person because we are signing the paperwork to garnish their wages right now"

Each time they never gave a company name until the last time when I asked. (Well hopefully last time)
