I get constant calls from a Research Project which is not identified. I mistakenly called back and they said if you want to opt out of these phone messages please press "1". Which didn’t help as last night between 6:30 and 9:00 I received 8 calls from the same number.

The call came through as a local call. Answered and stated they were so and so from a (they gave the name but I didn’t pay attention) research company. She then asked if I can hear her. My reply was I can but not interested. So I searched the can you hear me scam and this sounds just like it. Luckily I didn’t say yes. I tried calling back and of course the number is not connected. I’ve put an alert on all my bank accounts just in case.
