Type of a scam Tech Support

Supposedly my computer had an error in the firewall that they wanted to do a scan and identify the problem. They call almost every week on my business phone as well as my home phone. They have tricked me on three occasions in years past, which I did not know what to do. They tell you all of this stuff that is wrong with your computer, and you don’t know if it is true or not! So, I have spent about $750 in the past, and I tell them now right off that I refuse to spend any more money with them, and usually they hang up! Today, however, the girl sounded nice and convincing, but then she switched me over to a support tech. He was nice at first, but when I told him that I would not spend any money on this and that I had to go because I had a customer (we own an antique/gift shop in a small community), he said, "Well, you are a big waste of time, aren’t you?" Rescue Me with a pale blue + is the company and symbol. She told me to enter www.supportme to connect to her computer.
