Type of a scam Employment

They contacted me offering me a job in human recourse specialist, the continued to contact me untill I replied and right away they wanted me to sign a contract for 10 days probation, the next day they wanted to transfer money to my account for me to pull out and switch it to bitcoins and then do a few other things, this is when I realized it was a scam, no one would trust someone they never met with 3000 dollars.
