This online rental company advertises properties available near your location, however, they list oddly underpriced rents, which are completely false. They advertise that pets are allowed, and they are not. They list contact numbers which are not real, and emails go unanswered. I sent text messages and emails to several different (all out-of-state) listed numbers/contacts, none ever answered any of my questions. Several of the properties I looked into were being handled by legitimate real estate companies, and none of the rental prices and details were accurate by far. It is a total waste of time and effort for anyone looking to find a rental home. They are not affiliated with the real estate companies that are actually listing these properties, so please do not transfer money to this company. You may never see it again.

I own a rental home in Toledo, Ohio that is listed for rent on various reputable rental websites. The listing was hijacked by Rentspeed.com, modifying the ad by reducing the listing price by half and changing my contact information, email, and telephone number in order to extort money from innocent potential renters.

Went to the website it had a house up for rent in my area so called the number which was a number in New York City they said they just moved for work and that the house is ready to be moved into so we went to see the house only to find out that people already lived there.
