Contacted the company regarding renting with an option to buy which I seen on craigslist, everything went smoothly gave down payment and first months rent lived in the house for 1 year and 6 months, found out the house was in foreclosure and was going up for auction and they failed to tell us, we attempted to contact them to let them know so that we can get our money back and they are prolonging returning our money just keep telling lies that they are going to return it. This company I believe buy foreclosure homes to rent out and/or rent with an option to buy and scam people of their money and let the house they are living in foreclose people lose their money and home.
