I received a email on Dec 4, 2018, included was my name. I was informed that there was a house priced at $407.00 a mo. which I am eligible to rent and own. Provided was an attachment to click and enter the site. There it would explain the process and the proposed pricing. Another button to validate my information, which ask for a $1 fee to be charged to my credit card, and to obtain my credit card information. To view all homes. not just one particular house that was address in the email. Made it seem like a positive acceptance to a rent to own deal. This could be a SCAM!
