Type of a scam Investment

I received a letter at my address in a relatives name( who has never lived with me at my address) stating if I would be interested in selling a property in TN. I have never heard of this other property. I researched the property this person is asking to buy and there’s no such location. I had previously received at text before the letter stating the same thing from however I deleted it. The letter wasn’t written on company letterhead. Seems it just carefully worded.
