Type of a scam Credit Cards

This company, person was hired to help me to receive money from business grants. Spoke to this person first time in August every week for 2 months, then every 3 weeks all the way until 12/31/18. Now no to contact, no one returns calls or emails. The website sells ammunition and such along with several gold, silver packages which I bought. She reached out to me because she knew I was scammed before last year by another company promising the same help, which I didn’t get either. The amount of $2500 was scammed this time, first time for $9900. I may have more info from emails, don’t know how to add to this complaint. I have attached my receipt for proof of payment.
