Initial means of contact Social media (e.g., Facebook)

Sent numerous emails wanting to cancel immediately after placing order but only received email saying someone would get back to me within a couple of hours (nobody ever did. 10 days later I got an email stating that the package had shipped and I could no longer cancel my order.

“I understand where you’re coming from. However, the package is on its way to you and we may no longer proceed with the cancellation. Though, there’s no clear date right now but it should be soon.

I looked at your order through our tracking system and it is currently in transit. I’m guessing you will be expecting it soon.

I started emailing daily for a refund but get no response.
A small package arrived 9 days later.
It’s sitting unopened waiting for some assistance so I can return it. Still waiting on a response from these “foot bath” scammers.
