"you have previously been notified on the pending allegation, your account will be submitted to the legal department"
They called a relative saying that they had a claim against my husband and his social security number. He did not know what it was and they said that they were trying to collect on a debt that was reissued in 2014 at an address we haven’t lived at in more than 10 years. We do not have any unpaid debt!
This is supposedly from a payday loan that we never took out
