I order on line free cosmetic sample from company Rejuvolyte

they advertise on internet you need it just pay for shipment.

After one month they charge me full price $165 for two product

not the samples.

When I called company I speak with 2 agent #24 and #222

and they tell me it was 14 days free trial and after you need to pay fool amount ,

what don’t say at internet advertising.

Company offers a "free trial" of facial cream for shipping charges only. (9.95) Then immediately charged my account for 154.87 for cream. I called (because there is no web site for them), and was told they could cancel my membership (which I never applied for?), but could only refund me the 154.87 minus a 15% re-stocking fee??? , and only after I mail product back at my own expense.
